Meet Jazzy
For over 20 years, Jasmine “Jazzy” has been holding space for real connection — first behind the salon chair, now here at Gem & Co. She’s a natural listener, a space-maker for the sensitive, the overloaded, the “wired but tired.”
Being a natural listener for others comes easily. Being able to do that for myself is something I have had to practice. In my experience, sometimes the biggest clarity comes when we step away. When I finally took time for myself—on a whim, I found myself all alone, on a beach in Belize—I realized how much space I had been giving others without giving enough back to myself. That pause gave me perspective, presence, and the “aha” I needed to see a new direction forward.
Taking time for yourself isn’t selfish—it’s essential. When we slow down and tune in, we return with more clarity, more energy, and a stronger sense of purpose. That’s the heart of Gem & Co: creating space for others to find the same kind of reset!.
