Each session blends two complementary elements: the grounding presence of the Amethyst BioMat® and the spacious illumination of the Crystal Light Tree. Together, they form a gentle container for body-led rest and subtle realignment.
The Amethyst BioMat® is more than a surface to lie upon — it’s a quiet field of warmth, crystal resonance, and gentle far-infrared light designed to welcome you into a deeper rhythm with yourself.

The Crystal Light Tree
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a quiet space designed for ease. Shoes and heavy jewelry can be removed to help you settle in. You’ll lay fully clothed on the BioMat, under a blanket if you wish, while the Crystal Light Tree rests above you.
Eyes can be closed or covered. Sessions are silent unless you’d like gentle music or have questions beforehand.
Many clients drift into a meditative state or light sleep. When the session ends, you’ll have a few minutes to reorient before stepping back into your day.
